Refund and Transfer Policy  
All fees paid for IC3AFRICA registrations, tickets, and vendor stall bookings are final and non-refundable. IC3AFRICA shall not provide any refund, credit, or compensation under any circumstances.

By submitting payment, the purchaser acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this No Refund and Limited Transfer Policy.

All sales are final. No refunds. Standard tickets transferable once. Discounted tickets, registrations, and vendor stalls are non-transferable.

IC3AFRICA Refund & Transfer Policy

All payments for IC3AFRICA registrations, tickets, and vendor stalls are final. No refunds will be issued.  Standard tickets may be transferred to another person once. Discounted sale tickets, registrations, and vendor stalls are non-transferable.  
By completing payment, you agree to this policy.

Transfers: 

  1. Standard Tickets: May be transferred one time to another individual, subject to written notification to IC3AFRICA at least 7 days prior to the event. Transfer requests must be approved by IC3AFRICA.  

  2. Discounted Sale Tickets: Are strictly non-transferable.  

  3. Registrations and Vendor Stalls: Are strictly non-transferable and may not be reassigned to another individual, organization, or event date.
